i just don’t think we understand how FAITHFUL our father is..
let me tell you a little story.. joseph and i.. thought it would be awesome to make some Valentines cards.. this idea came so we can have fun, paint, encourage others to write love letters to people.. and maybe make a few dollars..
this friday we need $176 for car insurance.. let me tell you how we have all of that down to the dollar.. because of this idea of making cards.. AND thats with us giving some people a deal, other donating, giving some cards away… and having cards left over.. Our Father provides for us.. always.. and how awesome is it when we LET HIM.. we prayed, asked our Father to provide.. and then what we thought was just a fun project on another page.. LINED up perfectly.
we had the beautiful privilege of talking to greg and rachel lilly.. who spoke life into us.. and one of my favorite things they said.. was for us to celebrate everything.. nothings to little to celebrate… and let me tell you.. i am celebrating the fact that i had a wonderful cup of coffee today.. and that my Father provides for me.. in ways I LOVE!!!!!
On to tomorrow.. still trusting and lifting up every need to the Father..
and His timing.
art is love is art..

This is a picture that I took of Alex Rae in Ventura, CA at my brother Jeremy’s house.
Recently, Jeremy was in a motorcycle accident.
He got away with only one broken bone.
He had to go into surgery to operate on his knee which had been punctured. The surgery went really well. When he came out he was still under heavy anesthesia but I was there in the room with him. As soon as he noticed me, he put out his hand…
“happy birthday buddy”
It moved me. He could have died. He was all drugged up. And he still remembered my birthday.
My mom, Alex Rae and I have been going over periodically since the accident to just be with him. Clean dishes. Make him dinner. Run errands.
There is something bigger here.
Family.
We take care of each other.
Whether we can wash dishes,
Or all we can get out is happy birthday buddy.
